We are in need of a Full Time Handyman/Maintenance Personnel for Airbnb properties in the Tampa area, this position is full time work. The position will be responsible for being the primary maintenance personnel for general repairs, setting up new houses and maintaining 30+ properties throughout the Tampa area. The position will pay $17 an hour between 9 AM-5 PM, after 5 PM you will earn $30 an hour with a minimum pay of $50 for service calls after 5 PM. You're guaranteed $500 a week, but will earn much more than this on an average week. We have plenty of work to keep you busy, but have slow/off days as well.
