ONGOING HOME LAWN MAINTENANCE WORK AVAILABLE. (Long time gardener is retiring). Seeking someone to maintain grass area on home/ property up Pu'upilo Road, Wailua Homesteads. Mow, weed-whack edges / corners as needed, then blow or sweep-off concrete, etc. Occasionally pick up branches or leafs on ground. Etc. Approx. 1/3 acre of mostly flat lawn. SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE between 10am-6pm. Twice a month mowing is best. Push mower and weed whacker are available on site. Best if you have riding one. (Owner will consider buying riding one if necessary). Flat rate or hourly pay is possible. Best monthly. Will consider more frequently if needed. Applicants must have good references, show an ability to communicate well. Be friendly, respectful, reliable, honest. House is rented to nice tenants. Gotta get along.
