Extreme Cleaner compensation: To be discussed employment type: part-time Our company is growing and we're looking for part time (possibly turning into full time) extreme cleaners. Our company goal is to help clients through a difficult time in their lives. We currently focus on extreme cleaning, but would like to expand our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible, have a good work ethic, and be passionate about helping our clients through a difficult time in their lives. We're looking for people who will exceed these expectations. Cleaning Tech Responsibilities: -Clean, decontaminate, sweep, vacuum...entire house if necessary -have a high degree of integrity, as duties will have access to clients personal items -be available at least 2 nights a week in addition to being available during the weekdays -eager to take on new responsibilities -notify management of occurring deficiencies and need to repair equipment and/or vehicles -follow all health and safety regulations -cooperate and integrate with existing staff -ability to safely use all of our cleaning and power tools Requirements: -ability to handle cleaning equipment and power tools -valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and own vehicle or reliable transportation -smart phone -high integrity -available at least 2-3 days and 2 nights during the week -ability to pass background and drug test -good attendance, punctuality, and reliable -in good physical health, ability to stand for extended periods of time, and lift 50 lbs -willing to learn and pays attention to detail -good communication skills are a must -highly adaptable and can troubleshoot with evolving and changing problems -basic problem solving skills If interested, e-mail your resume with references
