Job description Our busy construction company is seeking an organized construction laborer to assist with physical tasks on construction sites. The candidate should have a vehicle, be organized and in good physical shape. Previous experience in the industry is preferred. A construction laborer work duties will include but not limited to: - complete physical tasks on construction sites (lift, organize, move, deliver, adjust multiple items); - prepare sites pre/post construction and cleaning them; - load or unload materials, and remove hazards; - run simple construction equipment or use construction tools; - put together and take apart temporary construction structures; - assist construction superintendent(s) and other team members with chores; - light carpentry tasks as needed; Opportunities and incentives: - to learn supervisory aspects of construction management - to learn construction coordination and dynamics of design-build construction supervision - to advance into construction management career - health and dental insurance - paid time off This position is full time.
