Seeking experience handyman, contractor, skilled person who will be responsible for updating and renovating apartments.
*Experienced in Carpentry, framing, installing molding, installing door, painting, installing laminate/vinyl plank flooring, installing tile, light plumbing & electrical & other construction skills to help renovate houses and update apartments and houses.
*Ability to work independently & with others.
*Strong work ethic, hard worker, honest and reliable.
*Valid ID, reliable transportation & Own tools.
*Valid Driver license & Phone.
*The contractor will be paid as 1099 employee.
*Paid weekly via cash app, venmo, paypal, zelle, check etc.
