Once home to two generations of Baltimore’s civic-minded and dog-loving Garrett family, Evergreen is delighted to host its inaugural Festival of Dogs, featuring a dog show with nine entertaining classes ranging from Best Dog Kiss to Best Owner Look-Alike, followed by a Best in Show finale.
