Get creative and reflect on your goals, dreams and plans and leave with your own intention collage. Together, we will reflect on the power of setting intentions in our lives and how they can support our development. The session will begin with the breath work to fuse positive and attentive presence into our creative time together. Each participant will explore images, colors and words that align and represent their intentions and use the provided supplies to create a collage to take home. No experience is required, support will be provided as you create and complete your piece. All supplies are included for your workshop. We have partnered with Ademaiya LLC for each this workshop to style a cozy and serene space to support comfort and relaxation as guests explore their creativity. These curated experiences nurture holistic, engaging love and celebration of self.
