Uplifted staffing is hiring for several production associates! *Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time *Schedule: Swing Shift/Monday to Friday *Pay: $19.50+ per hour Qualifications / Skills: • Must be able to understand and apply oral and/or written instructions • Ability to apply common sense in performing the job • Ability to learn corrugated machinery and associated ancillary equipment (i.e. die board construction, ink characteristics, corrugated characteristics) • Ability to learn basic machine maintenance skills/knowledge of machine specific items (i.e. lubrication of parts, changing belts, cleaning IR dryers, cleaning glue filters) • Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and balancing • Utilizing repetitive motions • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to manage time effectively, plan, and organize work efficiently • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail, consistently • Ability to follow established SOPs • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed (notice will always be provided) ** If you are interested in this job please feel free to email, call or text me, only serious applicants
