Cultivate your internal energy with a 30 minute guided meditation

The Class This is a beginners course for those who would like to practice mindfulness, build up stamina for sitting still, and develop flexibility in the legs & hips through sitting postures.

What To BringWe will provide mats and blocks. We can also accommodate chairs for those who are unable to sit on the floor. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own mat, sitting block or meditation pillow. See the image below for various sitting postures. Wear comfortable clothing.Bring a bottle of water.Note: By registering for this class you take full responsibility for your health and any pre-existing health conditions you may have. This class is recommended for adults 18 years and older.
