Juneteenth Community Event & Freedom Celebration Wylie's 3rd Annual Juneteenth Freedom Celebration is a community event to celebrate and educate residents on the history of Juneteenth, and its significance to Texas. The celebration will take place at Olde City Park in downtown Wylie. A Family Fun event that will include, DJ, Live Music & Entertainment, Food, Concessions, Bounce Houses, Games, History, Health & Wellness, & Vendors. New this year is the Juneteenth Pageant. Come on out and bring the family, friends, and neighbors for a historical celebration! Admission is FREE! Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and enjoy the festivities. Some vendors and food trucks will charge separately and will require cash or credit cards.
