Real estate company is looking to hire a part-time Airbnb assistant/handyman ASAP. The hours will vary but will increase in the future. You can work day or night and set your own hours. The pay is $ 15/hour. Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For Examples: installing new door knobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties, and helping with staging, moving and lifting. Also buying and restocking properties with toiletries. You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor.
