Must read plans, must have your own pick up truck, your own tools. Must be able to shoot grade and be able to do math in both inches and tenths. Must be able to operate dozer skid steer and excavator to do final grades. Meaning I'm looking for a guy who is in the business. If you don't drive a truck or have tools your not what I'm looking for. Must speak spanish amd English. Must be in good physical shape
