We're currently seeking a dependable Maintenance/ Handyman to help aid in home repairs and remodeling. The ideal candidate for this position has basic plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry skills which can be used on an as-needed basis. The Handy Man will monitor the performance of contractors, oversee projects and ensure that our clients are receiving high-quality service in a timely manner.
Job duties:
Work off of work-orders
Engage in a professional manner with homeowners, property managers, investors
Work on your own at a reasonable pace.
Repair or replace malfunctioning electrical switches, outlets, light fixtures and fuses.
Build or repair stairs, railings
Installation of new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities.
Rental turn overs, flip homes
Light drywall work and repairs
Install pre-hung doors or door slabs
Candidate must have:
**Valid drivers license
**Reliable transportation
