NOMAD leverages the power of yoga to create a deeper connection to community and self. Honoring the evolution within each of us, NOMAD provides space to root into the earth, dig deep and hunt what the soul is seeking wherever we find ourselves. @nomadyogaco Class Description: An open-level vinyasa yoga class for students with some exposure to yoga practice and basic level of physical ability. Through a combination of breath work, creative, high-intensity sequences, this class will challenge the body, expand the mind and awaken the spirit. Please complete the below waiver ahead of time: https://waiver.fr/p-JdTy7 About Trey: Trained in the Vinyasa style of yoga, Trey brings a modern flare to a traditional practice through a combination of high-intensity sequences, restorative movements and moments of reflection that guide the student, physically, mentally and spiritually. Through thoughtfully crafted sequences, Trey brings a unique perspective to his classes, helping to balance energies and create a stronger connection to self and community. In his practice, Trey merges the physical and the spiritual, bringing a sense of adventure, playfulness and balance to the mat. Students are welcomed as they are in that very moment and are encouraged to become their best self, on and off the mat, with each breath and posture encouraging them to unleash their own inner power. Trey received his 200-hr RYT certification at the Joschi Yoga Institute and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. @treywatkinsyoga What to expect at the class: Get ready to move, breathe and sweat through challenging sequences set to upbeat music. Trey will guide you, but move at your own pace, with your own breath. What to bring: An open mind and a willing body; a mat and some water.
