Hiking Club Mushrooming Fall HikeSaturday May 7th, 2022Join the HSPH Hikers Club for a fun and informative mushrooming hike with mushroom identification expert Christine Gagnon. Celebrate the warmer weather! Whether you already know a bit about foraging for mushrooms or are a complete newbie - come and learn more about this fascinating part of our natural world! The hike will be held at Middlesex Fells - meeting at the Flynn Rink parking lot at 9:30am on Saturday, May 7th, 2022. We will be out for 2 hours and be finished around 11:30am. We will be in the woods, but it will not be an overly strenuous hike and we'll hopefully be pausing to talk about mushrooms frequently! Unfortunately we will NOT be providing transportation, i.e. individuals will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the Fells. This event will be FULLY subsidized by Harvard and is limited to the first 20 people who sign up!
