Join us to ride gravel or work on trails while meeting new people in our wonderful community. Prior to our May 1st Kickoff Party at Stone Corral Brewery we will be hosting a gravel ride and trail work day. Stay-tuned for confirmation on where to meet-up. This will be a great opportunity to get outside with friends and celebrate the start of a big year for RMT. You are welcome to join us for this pre-event even if you were unable to reserve a ticket for the Kickoff Party at Stone Corral. Let us know if you plan to join us by RSVPing. Raffle: We will host a raffle including many great prizes from local Vermont businesses. The best part about this raffle is you don't have to be present at the Kickoff events to win. Make a donation via PayPal (click link to donate) and we will enter you ticket(s) for you. We will draw ticket numbers at the event and contact you if your name is drawn (please leave your phone number in the donation comments). Tickets can be purchased on PayPal up until 2:30 on Sunday May 1st. Check out $1400 of value in prizes here. Ticket Prices: 1 - $10, 3 - $20, 10 - $50 The Ride: The gravel ride will be a no-drop pace. This means that designated groups will ride together and stay together. With attendance in mind, we will make a day-of call to separate into smaller groups if needed to avoid impeding the flow of traffic. If desired these groups can be organized by pace. The Trail Work: For those interested in trail work, we will be leading a group to help with winter clean up and general trail maintenance of a few trails in the Cochran's network. Weather Plan: A weather call will be made 2-days prior to the event. If the forecasted weather is deemed not suitable for comfortable outdoor activity the pre Kickoff Party festivities will be canceled and we will hopefully see some of you at Stone Corral Brewery. There is no rain date.
