NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Thousands were without power in North Andover, Thursday afternoon, in a brief outage. The cause of the outage has not been reported. As of 1:10 p.m., 2790 customers were without power, or 22 percent of the town. Just half an hour later, only 94 remained without power, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency.
