Free Mothers Day Mixer and fundraiser for Freedom for Youth. Hosted by Love Adjei Investments and T1 Entertainment at Shores. Sunday May 8th Sunday May 8th on Mothers Day Love Adjei investments from Des Moines is partnering with Cedar Rapids, company T1 Entertainment to throw a mixer at Shores Event Center. The Mothers Day Mixer will not only celebrate Mothers but funds raised from this event will be donated to charity and given back to communities all over Iowa. T1 Entertainment will provide live music, Nicias Events will be decorating, Chef Q is flying in from Dallas, Texas to provide free food for everyone in attendance. There will be a motivation speaker by Hip Hop artist Klazik and an R&B performance by Entre Luche from Des Moines. This event is also sponsored by Sarah from breathing Yoga who will give out free passes to her Yoga class to help with healing and harmony. A large portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Freedom for Youth nonprofit organization based out of Des Moines, families recently affected by gun violence in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and single mothers in need of assistance.
