I have for sale my Pluto. He is a hand raised Male sky blue Indian Ring neck parrot. Pluto Is 2 years old. He talks & wolf whistles a bit when it suits him he has become very possessive toward me & doesn't play well with the other hand raised birds. He sits on my shoulder & also will step up into a stick. I have he needs to be on his own with someone that can spend time with him. He definitely has personality but it's to hard to juggle between the amount of birds. He loves coming out of his cage & usually returns home when it suits him. I have out at one time it's going to be very sad to See him go.
