LAWRENCE, MA — A suspect in a fatal shooting in Lawrence in May was arrested Thursday, the Essex district attorney's office said. In the May 3 incident, one man, Delvis Paulino-Fernandez, 26, was fatally shot. Two others were shut and taken to a hospital, where they were treated and released. On Thursday, police arrested Hector Baez, 22, of Lawrence and Haverhill, in Haverhill, Thursday. His arraignment was scheduled for Friday morning.
