All attendees who arrive will receive a Free clinic Snack Bag filled with goodies and an opportunity to receive a Gift Card. Please join us for the following screenings: Blood pressure, oxygen, temperature, lungs, sinus, and vital signs check Get Answers: What can trigger allergies & What can trigger your specific allergies? In addition, there will be an opportunity to schedule follow-up appointments regarding any other concerns you may have other than your allergies.FYI: The completion of a 5-minute survey after the appointment is required to receive the gift card. All services will be completed by our Nurse Practitioner! Parking is available on the street. Priority will be given to those who scheduled an appointment. Walk-Ups are welcome but there is no guarantee that you will be seen on the day of the event, however, appointments can be on made the day of the event for another day and time.)
