Description
Enjoy a unique yoga and sound experience at The Heart of Sacramento, a gallery of black art inside Arden Fair Mall. Join us for a special experience inside the beautiful art gallery at Arden Fair Mall. You will dance, move and have fun during the 45 minute yoga practice that is accessible for all abilities. Followed by a sound bath meditation to calm your mind and body. We ask that you plan to stay for the entire event. Donations are appreciated. What should I expect? Come with an open mind and enjoy a curated experience to tap into your creativity. You will be invited to explore creative movement, connection with breath and mindfulness with what is present. The sound bath meditation will invite you to get comfortable and be still while you enjoy absorbing the relaxing vibrations of the musical instruments. What should you bring? Your yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear clothes that will be easy to move in.
