Join us for our first in-person meeting since 2019! Derek Tisler, council for the Brennan Center's Democracy Program, will be our keynoter. The 2022 Annual Meeting of the League of Women Voters of Greenville County is our first in-person event in more than two years. We've got a full program planned with a keynote address about voter suppression and the pressure on election administrators across the country. Derek Tisler, counsel with the Brennan Center's Democracy Program will be joining us via Zoom. We also have some business to take care of including the election of board members, approval of program priorities for 2022-23, and more. We'll be at the Waggoner Conference Center at the Kroc Center, downtown Greenville. Although voting is limited to members in good standing, the event is open to all. So please bring a friend! As a COVID precaution, we ask that all attendees be vaccinated. To protect all our members and guests, especially those with vulnerable health conditions, we encourage all attendees to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking.
