Need apartment handyman. Basic understanding of drywall, electrical, plumbing, paint, doors, landscaping etc etc. We operate low income rentals and do quick turns on these apartments to prepare them for re-rent. Must be able to be productive working unsupervised. Need to have transportation not the bus. Need to have some basic tools, we have most. 1099 we won't take taxes from you but you need an SSI number or TIN and picture ID. Need to start immediately. 1st day paid cash, all the rest via check.
