Join Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) Atlanta for our eighth annual NextGen event on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 for a networking event with nonprofit/philanthropic peers and community leaders. NextGen is YNPN Atlanta’s capstone event, offering a unique opportunity for local leaders, established professionals, and young nonprofit professionals to connect. This year, we are thrilled to welcome Kwame Johnson, President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, as our keynote speaker. The event will include a light breakfast, insight from Kwame Johnson, and small group session where you can learn from a Metro Atlanta nonprofit or philanthropic leader. YNPN Atlanta was founded in 2011 to provide social and networking events alongside professional development to help Atlanta’s emerging nonprofit professionals grow and thrive in their careers. We strive to move the needle of success for over 1,100 young professionals in the Metro Atlanta area who aspire to influence the nonprofit sector. Ticket sales will end at the door at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 3 (if we don't sell out first!). Organizations are not permitted to buy out a table for one table host for their staff (no more than 3 employees from the same organization at the same table). Solicitations to table hosts and their organizations are not permitted at the event. Members are not allowed to share their promo code with non-members. **Because of the limited capacity at our NextGen event, no refunds will be issued. COVID-19 Policies: As an organization running a private event, YNPN Atlanta reserves the right to set rules for NextGen related to COVID-19 and to change those policies based upon the most current available information. We want to keep all of our attendees as safe as possible and are closely monitoring recommendations and guidelines from national and local health experts. At this time, we are strongly encouraging all NextGen attendees to wear masks that cover their nose and mouth when indoors. We will require all attendees to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (at least two vaccinations from Moderna/Pfizer or one vaccination of Johnson & Johnson) -OR- a negative PCR COVID-19 test completed 48-hours (or sooner) before the event date. We ask that any attendees who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 or who have been in close contact with someone who is showing symptoms of COVID-19/tested positive not attend the event. While we have established these policies for continued event safety, by deciding to attend NextGen in-person, you acknowledge that neither YNPN Atlanta nor the event venue can be held responsible for any illness or injury as a result of your attendance. Media Note: YNPN Atlanta reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at this event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.
