Each three hour mini camp includes three one-hour phases:
· Functional Performance Training focuses on drills explicitly designed for the mechanical requirements for their position. We instruct on setting these drills up and performing them to take a program design to work on in their own time.
During this phase, athletes will also learn about nutrition and training. · Position instruction and drills will cover their position.'s mechanical issues, footwork, and mental aspect. Each athlete will leave the session with specific 'homework' assignments to work on between TRAINING DAYS and will be evaluated on those mechanics upon returning to the next training session.
· Performance/Practice phase will put the quarterbacks and receivers together for an hour-long performance stage. During the performance, the staff will evaluate players to know precisely what they need to work on for the next TRAINING DAY (homework-roadwork)
