We are seeking a strong frontline of Black, Indigenous, and people of color-led medical professionals who want to provide direct service with a regional organization that are well connected and able to serve the most marginalized communities, lifting them out of health disparities, chronic health conditions and poverty and into good health, prevention and economic vitality throughout 4 states. We provide coordinated and multi-sector of community partner networks and have established working contracts with CMS, CDC, and other business alliances that are catalyzing health and economic development in the underserved, unqualified and poorest neighborhoods.
