CCDG's first annual Summer SMACKdown featuring a referee clinic and a triple header roller derby event surrounded by roller derby vendors! Welcome to Chemical City Derby Girls' first annual Summer SMACKdown Spectacular!!! This all day roller derby event hosted by your Chemical City Derby Girls - includes a triple header of roller derby scrimmages. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: 8-10a: Referee clinic (not open to the public) 9a-5:30p: Vendor Smackdown 10a: Junior Skater Roller Derby Scrimmage 1p: Freshie Skater Roller Derby Scrimmage 3p: Veteran Skater Roller Derby Scrimmage ROLLER DERBY: First we will feature a Junior Roller Derby Scrimmage (ages 7-17) followed by a Freshie Roller Derby Scrimmage (less than 1yr experience) and finish off the day with your Veteran Skater Roller Derby Scrimmage (more than 1 year experience). VENDOR SMACKDOWN: When not watching the action make sure to walk around and shop the many vendor booths and Pro Shop for all of your roller skating and fun life needs. Everything from tumblers, skate embellishments, t-shirts, face painting, motorcycle gear, Derby Kiss shorts and many more! Throughout the day, we encourage attendees to take a break at the Wheel House Bar and Grill from 9AM-6PM or at the Midland Roll Arena Concession! Tickets are $15 per person if purchasing on Eventbrite (plus fees) or $20 per person at the Midland Roll Arena door. This price includes ALL THREE EVENTS!
