The Workout
Join me for a morning of group fitness and 80's music in Baker Park. We’ll meet at 9:25am at the circular boardwalk next to the river on Saturday, April 30th. When you arrive to the Baker Park parking lot, head straight towards the water and you’ll see a scorpion statue. That’s the spot. The workout might look a bit like this…
- 10 minutes of jump rope (I’ll have a handful but bring your own if you can)
- 4-6 rounds of a body weight circuit (bring a yoga mat)
- Stretching
Other things to bring (besides a jump rope and yoga mat) might include: SPF, hat, and water.
