Looking for cement work as well as metal roofing installer

I am looking for experienced people for concrete work and metal roof install. I have a home in Tacoma that needs city sidewalks replaced and replace a small driveway. There is 55’ of city sidewalk and a 12x 17 or so driveway. Easier for installer to get permits needed. Looking for bids that include the permit fee. I am not willing to give any money up front. Will need a contract and can pay for materials once delivered to site. Now for the metal roof, I have most of the metal panels for the shed that will need to be cut down and remaining metal pieces will need to be ordered to finish the install, The panels I have are left over from the roof so other items will need to be ordered to complete the roof. I don’t have everything to complete the roof.. The roof is around 14x18. Please call or text the number listed on the ad. Ready to start projects asap. Jobs will be paid for in cash on completion.
