Please join Cypress Table on Mother's Day, May 8th, for a delicious and decadent brunch in the beauty of the Gardens. A celebration of all mothers everywhere! Join Cypress Table for a lovely Mother's Day brunch at Rockledge Gardens. Our courses are artfully created by Chef Patricia from Cypress Table Provisions using locally sourced ingredients and prepared from scratch for the ultimate farm-to-table dining experience. Garden-inspired mocktails designed to complement the flavors of the meal will be served with each course. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the dinner, but you're welcome to bring your own. The courses: Starter: Enjoy house muffins, biscuits, and old fashioned pecan coffee cake alongside seasonal jams and Florida honey butter with the addition of our Signature Hibiscus Mocktail. Enjoy our Signature Cypress Cafe as you await your next course! Salad: Roasted harissa and sumac carrot, Florida honey, red beet puree, local microgreens, and sweet pickled golden beet and tarragon. Main: A bed of our signature gruyere and truffle cream grits hosts pan seared Jumbo Canaveral White Shrimp. Finished with rich roux based Andouille and smoked tomato sauce, charred lemon, and soft cooked farm egg. A Sweet Ending: Homemade crepe filled with house Key Lime Cannoli Cream finished with fresh whipped cream, powdered sugar, and a ginger cookie crumble. Time slots, location and reservations: We'll be reserving 26 people in 1-hour time slots at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, and 1:00pm in the beautiful covered gazebo at Rockledge Gardens. This is an outdoor dining experience—appropriate precautions will be made in the case of inclement weather, but the space is safe in all types of weather. No walk-ups will be accepted. Reservations close by May 6th. Cancellation requests submitted within five days of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
