PLEASE READ THE FULL POST BEFORE REPLYING FOLKS. If you have a drug problem and can’t function without it, please don’t bother replying. I just want to be upfront about that. I don’t have an issue with what someone does in their personal time but I’m not willing to deal with their problems on my job. I need 2 people (Women are welcome and encouraged to reply) to help me this week with some general handyman type work. Starting as soon as tomorrow morning. This project is a turn over for a rental company which is what I do full time. I am needing someone that has a basic knowledge/common sense to be able to perform tasks like touch up paint, put in smoke detectors, change toilet seats, install towel bars, etc. If you are more experienced and able to do other things like change out doors, light plumbing, light electrical, cabinets, and so on then that’s even better. If not it’s ok. I can teach you. This can easily turn in to a full time situation with more work than you can handle. I would eventually like to build a solid team in the Columbia area that can do these turns and knock them out quickly. If we can get this knocked out and completed by Friday May 6th, I will give everyone on the team a $125 cash bonus on top of your pay that is owed to you. This pays cash and pays you on Friday afternoon. Pay rate can be discussed when I reach out to you if I’m interested in bringing you on board.
