Sweet black dog

This sweet dog showed up at my house several weeks ago & needs to find a forever home. He's probably about 8 months old & is gentle & well behaved. I have cats & I've only seen him chase one once but they were here first & need to feel safe. People dump dogs in this neighborhood & that's probably how he came to be here. I want him to find a good home & he would probably do very well with kids. He gets along well with a couple of neighborhood dogs that come by to visit him.
