Starting May 30th, 2022 8:30 am - 6:00pm : Ages 4 - 12 years old I’m a current substitute teacher that will be out during the summer and will be providing baby sitting services at my home during the break. Parents feel free to contact me with any questions and concerns and I’ll be more than happy to explain anything further. - Located in downtown area of Jacksonville Florida - Payment due at the beginning of each week on Monday!! - $150 a week, per child - $250 a week, sibling special - Drop off available at $10 a day when needed. It may also be added to weekly payment at $185 a week, per child; and at $250 a week for sibling special. - Car seats need to be provided if necessary!! Children between the ages of 4 & 12 years. * Must be potty trained & able to verbally express themselves Breakfast, Lunch & Snack Included * Note Allergies Please # FieldTrips ($10-$20 may be needed per child depending on price of attraction, details will be sent out during final planning) * Kids Movie * Pool Day (Chaperone Needed) * Museum * Chuck E. Cheese * The Zoo * Main Event * Skating * Surge * Adventure Landing Late Policy * 15 min grace period, $10 due @6:15pm * A charge of $10 will be charged after every 15 mins.
