HYBRID
This position is being the part time assistant to the CEO of an events company that needs administrative and on-site event help. This position requires an acute attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a genuine passion for the events industry, ability to remain calm under pressure and to communicate effectively.
In this role, you will:
Communicating directly with guests and clients
Coordinating all logistical aspects of events
Building event orders for catering vendors, security, bar and wine orders, valet and sponsorship activations.
Timelines
Floor Plans
Detailed spreadsheets for events calendar, advertising calendar, etc.
Billing and Financial information
Liaising with vendors including Audio/Visual, rental, planners/producers, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required. Google sharing knowledge also required.
Proficiency in Photoshop, CAD, Marketo, Sendoso, Adobe Suite a plus.
