Help laying tile

Need help laying tile & some pavers, experience with leveling clips necessary... have a bunch of jobs piling up.. no "companies" please, looking for "help" only... must lift 50 pounds each bag of thinset and tile bundles could be more.. Must have an artistic eye and an attention to detail.. be neat,clean and tidy.. things depend on experience mostly
