Hello! We have a long-established jam room at Francisco Studios and we are looking for a couple musicians or a band to join us. Access is all yours 24/7 as long as you stake a claim on the Google calendar we all use! You are also welcome to bring in gear and arrange a corner for yourself in the room. Rent includes access to the PA. There are generally zero conflicts for use of the room. The building is secure with security cameras, keypads, and multiple locks. Rent depends on how much gear you’d like to keep but it stays between $70 and $100 a month. The rent will fluctuate slightly depending on the number or renters but we try to keep it in said range.
