Replacing 2 toilets,
Fixing bathroom drain sink leaks" if any",
Repairing a rusted small steel window frame "1 ft by 2 ft"
Replacing water softener tank including resin.
Replacing a missing piece of vinyl siding "3 ft"
Changing light bulbs "10-15",
Trimming the bottom of 2 Doors.
Fixing stair railing "just needs to be screwed to the wall"
Fixing a fence gate.
I will also provide materials.
