McCaren Designs is HIRING for full-time positions We are an interior, exterior and holiday commercial landscaping company based in St Paul being in business for over 40 years. We have a couple of open positions in both our interior and exterior departments. Plant knowledge is not required but a strong work ethic is desired. We are looking for individuals that are motivated in organization, communication and leadership. The people who are successful in our company must be self-starters, attention to detail and cleanliness, on time being ready to work, flexible, and above all love working with plants and people. Both department roles will require some ability to lift heavy items (50lbs) and have a valid driver’s license. Must be comfortable driving company vehicles daily in metro area. Pay is between $16-$20 an hour depending on work experience. Work schedule is Monday- Friday, 7 to 3:30 with some weekend work from time to time. Normally a 40-hour work week. This is year-round work for all roles. We are willing to work around family needs within our company business hours. Some of our company compensation package include healthcare, HSA, 401k with matching (up to 4%), PTO, paid holidays, and overtime.
