FARMINGDALE, NY — An arrest was made by Nassau police in connection with the overdose death of a Nassau County resident, police said. Donta Riddick, 34, of West Babylon, was arrested 4:15 p.m. Tuesday in Farmingdale during an investigation into the fatal overdose, Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives said. Riddick was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Mineola.
