I have recently acquired a dozen rental units and I need work that is for ALL TRADE types! These homes are all in Macomb County! From roofing all the way to the foundation and everything in between! Most work needed will be interior! A painter that is experienced in vacant rental properties that can offer me investor rates to start! Tub Reglazing, plumbing work, and hardwood floor sanding will be needed first!
