Residential Treehouse Remodel - Fix Up

We have an existing treehouse we would like to refurbish / fix up. I am looking contract someone to do this. The work needed is mostly carpentry…build a staircase, install a slide, replace roof, fix / install windows, build railing. There is currently electrical running to the treehouse but it probably needs some repairs.
