My contractor bailed on me and left my job half done. I have a 14 x 14 pad and a 24 x 57 patio I need done stamped and stained. My previous contractor was supposed to finish the yesterday (Saturday) he was a no show no call take half my money kind of guy. Please be licensed and bonded in Oregon
