Need help sealing a fence

I built a fence with Tongue and Groove Redwood. It turned out beautifully but I haven't have time to get it sealed. I bought the higher-end sealer Cabot Clear Wood Protector and a large new brush and stain roller. I think it would take me about 1.5-3 hours to get it done but I have an approaching work deadline I can't miss. I would like to pay $100 for a quality job to get the fence sealed. It's about 70 lineal feet, around 6 and a half feet tall, both sides need protected. 5 Gallons of Cabot should be more than enough but I don't mind running to the store and getting more if needed. I want to get a good soak of this stuff on the fence soon. With avoiding getting the stain on the copper post caps, gate hardware, or an unnecessary amount on the ground as we grow food near the fence. I'll provide blue tape if you need it. We have some of those long painting drop cloth/canvas you can use too. Someone would painting experience would be preferred.
