Was passing through and saw this sweetheart in the middle of the road… followed him until he felt safe enough to come say hi.. seemed fed but very thirsty… no collar.. male… pit / pit mix.. super sweet, wagged his tail and wanted pets.. tan colored.. we called a few after hours non kill shelters but no one could help us.. slowly got him closer to the car so we could keep him until the shelters opened Monday but he ended up getting startled and ran off.. we looked for him but it was dark and came back today and no sign of him :((( He was in a large dirt lot kinda seemed like he knew where he was going? He was last seen on the corner of airport blvd and Polk st in the dirt lot…
