We would like people here who like nature, and maybe meditation or yoga, relaxing music and a quiet spot for gardening, and enjoying pets. It's also nice having like minded people around to communicate with when wanted. The property is one and a quarter acres covered with trees on top of a hill. All properties here are at least an acre apart. The sun shines 90 percent of the year, yet there are 4 seasons and no extreme heat. We are off grid, using Solar, Propane, Wood Stoves, Rocket Mass Heaters, etc. Being a part of this community means you get privacy as well as a helping hand with your projects if you ask for help. Average rent is $300 a month for a large space. (Not like trailer park spaces) Stanford General Store and Dollar General are about 5 miles away toward Show Low. Show Low is another 9 miles away.
