Exterior Housekeeper and Groundkeeper Looking for someone to help me maintain the exterior of a lake house property. Someone to weekly (preferably on Fridays, or even multiple times per week) make the exterior look perfect and ready to enjoy. No need to mow or maintain the lawn. Responsibilities to include: Clean, wipe down, and straighten all outdoor furniture Sweep/blow-off walkways, patios, deck, dock, gazebo, and garage. Weed occasionally and perhaps trim bushes. Get rid of cobwebs. Clean out firepit. Maintain waterfront area from miscellaneous stuff washing up on shore. Check propane tanks and have refilled when needed. Overall to make the entire property look perfect, and ready for us to enjoy upon our arrival. Please reply with experience and hourly rate.
