Singer available for nirvana/grunge tribute band

Hi I'm not even sure what the nuts and bolts of starting a band would even entail nowadays, it seems they're very difficult to start/ keep together. I love singing grunge songs and I can do a very passable Kurt Cobain and can handle many Soundgarden and Alice in chains songs as well. At the very least we would need a drummer and a bass player.but I'm kind of willing to step off guitar if necessary as well I'm open to playing little mini gigs with partial bands/ arrangements.. I have a few venues that are fans I guess of some of my stuff so gigging could happen right away but getting paid I'm not sure about in LA anyway I have my own business so I'm fairly flexible on hours and just want to have a great time doing this. I was doing some open mic stand up for fun and I just mixed in some Kurt last week, as you can see in this clip it's kind of humorous I asked a kid to film it and he became ecstatic because he's a big Nirvana fan and didn't do a great job filming LOL: https://youtu.be/3NxlQXHaRqI
