The filthy rotters plays every few months covering classic British rock. its not a career move so if your on the rock n roll this wont pay the duke of kent. Having said that we dont play for free but we are not playing every weekend. We can get some gigs and get a following but dont want to over saturate the market etc.. the next gig is in about 3-4 months, we will need to rehearse so again if you dont feel you need to rehearse this isnt for you...rehearsal should be fun and making us sound good as well.. its a package deal... must be over 40 and be knowledgeable of songs from 60s til now at least that make sense to play by british bands... we could get some private gigs, as we are the ONLY british covers band around but again promotions and bookings take time and its not our day job.. possibility of writing a few songs too for shows. think clash, sex pistols, police, kinks, stones, beastles, cure, sweet, rod stewart, franz ferdinand, oasis and you will get the idea if you send a generic email it will get deleted forwith! send your age what you play and some links, and why this interests you and that you realize its not American idol but some shitty bar where you may pay for you own beer but you will have a good laugh!
