Prep work for Sod

Having sod delivered Tuesday and I’ve torn up all my grass in my backyard. I started tilling but I’ve got a pretty small tiller and would like help leveling it out for the sod to arrive. I’m tired and there is about 1,000 sq/ft of dirt. I have a roller, lawn rake, a small tiller, shovel.
